Safety: Although some of the maps linked on page 2 show locations in East St. Louis, It is not recommended that
you railfan alone during the day and not railfan at all at night.  East St. Louis is rough territory and if some tell you
that it has "improved", There are just too many other safer places in the U.S. to see that offer safe Railfanning and
there is not anything "unique" enough to warrant the risk.
